Blade is the modular grow platform at the heart of your system — engineered for fast assembly and precision environmental control with seamless integration between lighting, irrigation, and airflow. Built to scale and designed to flex, Blade adapts to whatever you grow, wherever you grow it.
A powerful custom onboard computer runs every Blade — coordinating climate, lighting, irrigation, and nutrition with precision. With built-in Wi-Fi, it stays connected to the CoreOS cloud, Batch dosing system and all other Blades for real-time control and feedback - accessible anywhere.
Specialized dynamic luminaires deliver the exact photons your plants crave — at just the right moment, in just the right amount.
With four independently tuned spectra — blue, green, red, and far red — explore recreating sunrise, sunset, and everything in between. And with 0.1% adjustment increments for total granular control, enjoy the smoothest lighting transitions to bring out the best in your crop. Up to 100 watts of pure, plant-loving power in each luminaire — delivered with surgical precision.
Meet the Air Curtain — a breakthrough in airflow design that does more than just move air. It surrounds your plants in a gentle, even breeze, keeping the canopy fresh, healthy, and thriving without hot spots or stratification.
Hundreds of CNC-precision perforations arranged using computational fluid dynamics deliver a uniform curtain of airflow across every inch of your crop — like a breath of fresh air, made to order.
Blade’s fluid distribution system does more than move water — it thinks ahead. At its core is a precisely coordinated network that delivers targeted irrigation in perfect sync with nutrient dosing.
Meet Batch, the engine behind your water, nutrients, and CO₂. It powers precise dosing, active drainage, humidification, and more — all fully integrated with Blade and controlled through CoreOS. Learn more about how Batch keeps your system flowing.
Whether you're launching with a single Blade or operating a multi-zone production powerhouse, CRCLR’s modular system grows with you. Start with what you need today, then expand as your business, crop offerings, research needs or market demands evolve — all without redesigning your infrastructure or reinvesting in entirely new systems. Each new Blade, Batch and add-on kit integrates seamlessly with the rest, keeping your workflow intact and your capital working smarter. Grow your farm, without complexity.
Don’t get locked into one type of crop. Easily swap between grow configurations and make sure your farm meets your changing needs.
You only need one Blade to use the CRCLR system. We recommend purchasing an Ebb Flow kit in order to get the most out of the Blade, as all other kits require a second Blade to create a “grow zone” around them for best results.
The sky is the limit so long as you have enough power, water and space. We recommend no more than 16 Blades in each column.
Absolutely! Once you’ve set up the guide rails, adding one or more Blades to your system is incredibly simple. Adding additional Blades to the CRCLR Batch dosing system is just as straight forward. Just make sure you have enough power and water, and expand your growing potential.
A two-person team can set up a basic blade in 30 minutes. Starting from scratch, for a system with 7 Blades for example, we’d suggest giving two people the better part of an 8 hour day. This would be to install and level the guide rails, assemble your Blades and add your kits. Power receptacles, breaker boxes and cables should always be installed by a qualified electrician.
Blade was built to be simple and cost effective to service. Every Blade is identical and can be serviced relatively easily by any user, following our instruction manual. All parts, except for heat pump and high voltage components, can be replaced a user directly. Any refrigeration service technician should have the requisite skills and tools to be able to troubleshoot heat pump issues and replace parts or refrigerant. Any electrician can service or replace Blade’s limited high voltage components like breakers and the main power cord.
In order to operate your Blade, you need a subscription to CoreOS. You don’t need Batch to operate a Blade, but you’ll be required to top up your nutrients and water by hand, which Batch autonomously manages every few hours.
Yes! Blade is meant to operate with hardware and software products that have been thoroughly vetted by us to work in concert with it. Over time, we’ll be adding software and hardware plugins that support using non-CRCLR-developed products. However, if a product isn’t clearly advertised by us to work with Blade, we don’t recommend trying to integrate it.
